The Cantagrel is located in the 13th arrondissement on the left bank of the Seine; across the river on the right bank lies the 12th arrondissement. The François Mitterrand National Library is only 5 minutes from the Hotel. By following the rue Tolbiac, you can reach the Paris Chinatown in a matter of minutes. What is more, a mere 20 minutes ride by bus or subway lets you shop in famous department stores, stand at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, visit the Louvre museum or discover the Latin Quarter. In the evenings, you can walk to the many restaurant and concert barges that stretch along the left bank. Across the river, on the right bank, Bercy port and its Marina offer lunchtime cruises on Les Vedettes du Pont-Neuf boats. Early morning jogs are easy in Bercy Park, only 10 minutes from the hotel on the right bank of the Seine. Bercy Park was built on the site of the former Bercy wine warehouses. The park is made up of three distinct areas moving from West to East in line with the Omnisports Palace of Paris-Bercy. |
